Fillnetic AI (“Fillnetic”, “we”) makes a browser extension that helps you fill in web forms with your own details. Because those details can include identity documents, we designed Fillnetic to keep as little of your information as possible. This policy explains exactly what we process and why.
The short version
- Your profile stays in your browser. The details you save (name, date of birth, passport number, address and so on) are stored locally in your browser’s extension storage, not on our servers.
- We don’t store your documents. When you scan a document, the image is sent to our AI provider to be read and the extracted details are returned to you. Fillnetic does not keep the image or the extracted details.
- AI form matching never sees your answers. It only receives descriptions of form fields (such as their labels) and the website address.
- We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts our website and servers.
- Anthropic provides the AI model that reads documents and helps match form fields. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to train models on our customers’ data; it may retain data for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring.
- Google provides sign-in. We receive only your email address and account identifier.
- Stripe processes payments.
Chrome Web Store user data
Fillnetic’s use of information received through the Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide Fillnetic’s form-filling features. We do not transfer it to third parties except the service providers above as needed to provide those features, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with the law.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your profile: clear any field in the extension’s profile page, or remove the extension.
- Delete your account: use “Delete account” in the extension. This cancels any subscription and deletes your account record.
- Access, correction, objection: depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have further rights. Email us and we’ll help.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Phone scanning links use single-purpose random keys that expire after about 10 minutes, and we store only hashes of those keys. Access to our systems is limited and protected.
Children
Fillnetic is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the extension.
