These terms apply to your use of the Fillnetic AI browser extension, website and related services (“Fillnetic”). By using Fillnetic you agree to them.
What Fillnetic does
Fillnetic helps you fill in web forms with information you provide, including details read from documents you choose to scan. Fillnetic fills fields in your browser; it never submits a form for you.
You are responsible for what you submit
Automated reading and form filling can make mistakes. Always review every field before submitting a form. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any application or form you submit, including visa, immigration, employment and government applications. Fillnetic is not legal, immigration or professional advice and is not affiliated with any government or authority.
Your account
You may use some features without an account. Document scanning, AI form matching and paid plans require signing in with Google. Keep your account secure and use Fillnetic only with your own information or information you are authorised to use.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Fillnetic to submit false information or to impersonate anyone.
- Don’t scan documents that aren’t yours unless you have the owner’s permission.
- Don’t abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass limits on our services, or access them by automated means other than the extension.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.
Plans and payments
- Free plans include a monthly allowance of document scans and AI-matched forms.
- Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from “Manage billing”; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- The 30-day Pass is a one-time payment and does not renew.
- “Unlimited” plans are subject to reasonable fair-use limits to prevent abuse.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; changes apply from your next billing period and we’ll tell you in advance.
- If something goes wrong with a charge, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Fillnetic available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Websites change, and some forms may not be supported. We may change or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fillnetic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of applications or forms you submit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
